Stroupe - Edna Snyder

Mrs. Edna Stroupe, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel C. Snyder of west of this city died at her home in LaGrange, Ind, yesterday evening at 6 o'clock from pneumonia terminating an illness of 10 days suffered from influenza and pneumonia. Mrs. Stroupe was born in this city in 1888 and lived here until 12 years ago when she moved to Lagrange after unitiing in marriage to Byron Stroupe. She was well known in this city during her residence here.

The deceased is survived by her husband; two sons, Kenneth 11 years old, Mack 5 years old; one daughter, Marjorie, 3 years old. She is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Ross Edwards and Mrs. Mabel Surface, both of this city; two half sisters, Doris and Mary Snyder and a half-brother, Russell at home.

Funeral seravices will be held from the home in LaGrange Wednesday afternoon. - kbz
